Refund policy

Initiating a Return or Claim

 

We want you to be delighted with your purchase! However, if there is an issue with your order, you must initiate a claim or request a return within 24 hours of the delivery date shown on your tracking information.

All return claims or inquiries must be initiated by emailing us at [Your Shop Email Address Here] with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence (if applicable).

 

Conditions for Returns

 

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • The 24-hour claim window is strictly enforced due to the nature of our products. Claims submitted after this window will not be accepted.

 

Items Not Eligible for Refund or Return

 

All sales on customized or personalized items are final. Due to the unique nature of these products, we cannot offer a refund or exchange on any item that has been customized specifically for you.

We also cannot accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear

 

Damages and Issues

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Remember, you must contact us within the 24-hour claim window for any claims regarding damage.

 

Refunds

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your claim/return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
